At Coubrati Cakes we specialize in designing and decorating bespoke cakes for your special day whether it be a wedding, birthday, engagement, retirement, christening, baby naming ceremony or festive celebration.
Marion MacLean, owner of Coubrati Cakes, has been designing, baking and decorating cakes since 1993. With 21 years experience in the industry, Marion has won awards for her cakes at several trade fairs including the Royal Brisbane and Royal Canberra Agricultural shows.
Coubrati cakes can create cakes that suit all tastes with popular cake flavours such as chocolate mud, white chocolate mud, caramel mud, cherry ripe mud, lemon cake, butter cake, orange and poppy seed cake, fruit cake, lemon curd with marshmallow frosting and sticky date pudding. If you have a flavour you have your heart set upon, Marion is more than happy to bake it for you. All cakes are made from the freshest ingredients including fresh eggs, butter, milk and top quality chocolate. All cakes are made fresh from scratch, not frozen.

OUR NAME
I thought I would share with you how the name Coubrati Cakes came about. I was sitting with my husband one evening discussing what we should call our business.
There were so many names to choose from that sounded either really elegant and beautiful (but just too common) or down right cheesy (and I didn't want to go cheesy, after all I am creating special occasion cakes), so I couldn't settle just on any name.
My husband and I brainstormed, threw some ideas around and finally we came up with the perfect idea for our name.
We decided that we would use a combination of our three children's names.
Cou from Courtney, Bra from Bradley and Ti from Tiffany and so the name Coubrati Cakes was born..
